Love, Joy, Peace...

"Who do I want to be in this relationship?"
"Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance." - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NLT
LIFE, LOVE, & RELATIONSHIPS
Tuesdays @ 7:30 p.m.
It's time to ask yourself:
Am I - Emotionally Available?
Am I - Spiritually Stable?
Am I - Personally Relatable?
Am I - Physically Able?
Come explore the richness God offers us when we enter into relationships with Him at the center.
Emotional Availability
Most say that love is reckless, wild, untamed, and cannot be controlled. Yet, the greatest love any of us can receive is none of those things. Jesus' love was and is the antithesis of the world's love.

In relationships, knowing who you are is the first step to defining what you need. It doesn't make sense to connect yourself to someone who HAS NOT done the same thing (taken this assessment of themselves), nor is it reasonable to expect someone who does not display the personality and character traits necessary in a "life-long" commitment to be compatible with what God says love should be for you.

This series will change your life by connecting you to God's healing help, which is available to every believer for every relationship in your life.
Hope in Heartaches
Wounds & Tombs: Consider Jesus' wounds that lead Him to the tomb.
*   Innocently experienced - not deserving of such treatment.
*   Inflicted as a consequence of His love (for others).
*   Done by those in His inner circle (Judas & fleeing disciples).

Family wounds…
Relational wounds…
Experiential wounds…

Lead to emotional tombs. Yet, God empowers His believers to “rise again!” We can “live again” as our savior and king did (Romans 8:11) - it’s time to leave the tomb!
